Note: These Terms and Conditions apply only to orders placed directly through TRONE® by emailing us at hello@trone-seating.com or dropping a message on Whatsapp at +91-8725-000-234. Purchases made through third-party platforms or e-commerce websites are subject to their own terms, conditions, and return and replacement policies, and shipping policies, and may differ from ours.

1. General
This website is owned and operated by TRONE®. The terms “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to TRONE®. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Information
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, including design, color, dimensions, and features. However, slight variations may occur due to screen display differences or product improvements.

3. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed. Orders can be placed by emailing us at hello@trone-seating.com or dropping us a message on WhatsApp at +91-8725-000-234. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including errors in pricing or availability. EMI or financing options may be offered through third-party providers.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on location. Delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Warranty and Replacement
TRONE® products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.

We do not offer returns. Replacements are provided only in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects.

All claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period and must include proof of purchase along with clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

If you believe your product is defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing hello@trone-seating.com with the following details:
Your Order ID
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
A brief description of the problem

Once your request is received, our team will carefully review the submitted evidence. Replacement eligibility will be determined based on whether the issue qualifies as a genuine manufacturing defect.

Please note:
Replacements will only be approved after this inspection. If the defect is not due to manufacturing and results from incorrect installation, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications, the replacement request will be declined. If approved, we will arrange pickup and ship a replacement unit at no extra cost to you.

The warranty period of the replaced product is 6 months only.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs and text, is the intellectual property of TRONE®. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material.

7. Limitation of Liability
TRONE® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Use of our products is at your own risk.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to harm, abuse, or harass others. Any attempt to breach website security or misuse our platform may result in termination of service and legal action.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
