At TRONE®, your safety and comfort matter just as much as performance. We are committed to ensuring that all our gaming and sim racing equipment is designed, manufactured, and tested with the highest standards of ergonomics, durability, and user safety in mind.

Please read and follow the guidelines below to enjoy your TRONE® gear safely.

1. Product Use & Assembly
Always follow the provided assembly instructions step-by-step. Use only the tools and hardware supplied or recommended by TRONE®. Do not modify or alter any part of the frame, seat, or mounts. Ensure all bolts and joints are securely tightened before use. Place the setup on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping or wobbling.

2. Safe Usage Practices
Take regular breaks during extended gaming sessions to prevent strain or fatigue. Adjust seat, pedal, and wheel positions to maintain neutral posture — especially for long races or streams. Avoid using the rig if you experience dizziness, back pain, or muscle fatigue. Keep hands, feet, and other body parts away from moving parts during adjustments. Do not allow children to use the rig unsupervised.

3. Weight and Load Capacity
Each product is designed with specific load limits. Please refer to the user manual for maximum recommended weight. Do not exceed these limits, as doing so may compromise structural integrity and void your warranty.

4. Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean the rig regularly using a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that may damage surfaces or finishes. Periodically check for loose screws or wear-and-tear and tighten as needed.

6. TRONE® Is Not Liable For:
Injuries or accidents caused by improper installation, misuse, or unsafe modifications. Damage due to excessive weight, impact, or external accessories not approved by TRONE®. Use of the equipment in unsuitable environments (e.g., uneven surfaces, wet areas).
